Deleting Ghost drivers

1) Go to command prompt: Start > Run > Type "cmd" (w/o quotes) and hit OK.
2) In command prompt, type this command and at the end of each line hit "Enter";
" set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1 " (w/o quotes) > Hit "Enter"
" start devmgmt.msc " (w/o quotes) > Hit "Enter".
3) Device Manager will open up, click "View" > Show hidden devices.
4) The Ghost drivers will look faded; remove them.
5) Close all windows and restart the computer.
